Soon we were looking at houses and before I knew it I had found my little dream home! There is a process to follow, of course, but throughout the application journey Joe always made sure I stayed on top of it. Signing this and signing that. The best part is he always made himself available so you could look at the homes that you liked. Joe also provided great advice and suggestions. I couldn’t be happier with any other realtor. As first time home buyer's, my boyfriend and I were very fortunately to get hooked up with Trevor. He was so knowledgeable about not only the process but also the little things that make a huge difference in the end (electric panel, exterior siding options, trim work, flooring, and many other things we would have NEVER thought to look at). Any time I had a question Trevor was right there to help and answer, however ridiculous it was. He never pushed us into anything and was always willing to look at any house we asked about even if it might have been out of our range. He walked us through every process of the transaction, the offer, the verbal agreement, written agreement and closing. He really went above and beyond to help us and we really couldn't be anymore thankful to have stumbled upon him. He even said after closing anything we might need he is happy and willing to help, "just because the transaction is over, doesn't mean I'm not longer available". That just shows his character and that he really cares about you as a client and friend rather than just a paycheck. My boyfriend and I will refer Trevor 100 times over.

Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
