From the very beginning Joe was directing me on what I needed to do like get pre approved and give the loan officer anything that he asked for. It was very smooth right from the get go! Soon we were looking at houses and before I knew it I had found my little dream home! There is a process to follow, of course, but throughout the application journey Joe always made sure I stayed on top of it. Signing this and signing that. The best part is he always made himself available so you could look at the homes that you liked. Joe also provided great advice and suggestions. I couldn’t be happier with any other realtor. I was recommended to go with Joe, from a co worker of mine who purchased a house using Joe as his agent. That recommendation which I was given to sign Joe on as a agent, was the best decision for me to make on my house search. He met me at a property in Plymouth back on the last Saturday of 2023, which was on a pond that I wanted just at first sight. Two days later my offer was accepted by the sellers, that was when Joe really showed his true professionalism. After that day, Joe was on my phone everyday to see how I'm doing and keeping me informed on every issue pertaining to the house. He was always there if I had any questions, and would get back to me as soon as he had the answers. One issue I couldn't stop thinking of while i was going thru my house search, was the idea of purchasing appliances for the house, and what to buy. That issue when away quickly, when Joe just acting on his own behalf asked and those appliances to be included in the sale. I still have them in the house as of today. I've been in my house from just about a week and Joe still checks in with me on how things are going. He has also dropped off documentation on my septic system, and even if I'm still getting the past owners rubbish removal service at the house. Even though the house search, the house inspection, and the closing are all been completed Joe is still on the job to make sure all is well. Joe also showed up on the day of my closing with a gift that was not for me but was for my dog. He didn't have to do this, but he did. It was a dog bowl for my dog, personalized with her name on the side. That was the best gift, because the gift was for my best friend His unique and rare qualities which many individuals don't have in their business etiquette, all should emulate a Joe. I couldn't recommend ANYONE, but Joe Z to sell any of my family members, or friends a home.
