This was not the first time that my wife and I have worked with Susan, she previously sold us a house in South Yarmouth. That experience was excellent and it was due to that experience. That was the reason why my wife and I reached out to Susan when we were selling our West Dennis home. Susan‘s knowledge of all the players, the lawyers, the agents, the other agent as well as the location and also the customer base people buying our house. She also sold them a previous house before their relationship was very good. She trusted Susan as did we and that helped make this thing go very very smoothly. Of course there always a problem as we were about to close. I had to do my title five and my Leach field field it’s test. Susan was also instrumental and helping me find an engineer to drop off the new plant to work with the town as well as construction companies that were capable of pulling out my old system and putting in a new one as well as working with the fire to make sure that they were comfortable that I would put this back the way it was, and everything would be fine. And in fact, that is exactly how it went and a lot of it had to do with Susan‘s relationship with the seller as well as the buyer. Deborah Mc Devitt Hays lead me through a difficult move. She went way beyond selling my house. She kept in touch with me daily walking me through numerous pages to sign, the Estate Sale, when to cancel utllies in the house for sale and when to reconect utilies in the place I bought to move to. She even went on line to sell some furniture throug Market Place. She has been in business for over 40 plus years, She has numerous connections in the community and was able to call on people to get jobs, such as the septic system done in a timely fashion. She truly was a life saver for me. I have moved many times over the past 60 years. Deborah was by far the most competent, professial and a pleasure to work with of all realators I have dealt with.

Buying a second residence was something we were timid about doing but Diane made it easy and comfortable for us. She knows the Cape very well so her explanation of the market was spot on. Her responsiveness to any questions was always very quick and her answers were thorough. Diane is also just an extremely pleasant person to work with. I would recommend her wholeheartedly!
