Susan Sullivan

This was not the first time that my wife and I have worked with Susan, she previously sold us a house in South Yarmouth. That experience was excellent and it was due to that experience. That was the reason why my wife and I reached out to Susan when we were selling our West Dennis home. Susan‘s knowledge of all the players, the lawyers, the agents, the other agent as well as the location and also the customer base people buying our house. She also sold them a previous house before their relationship was very good. She trusted Susan as did we and that helped make this thing go very very smoothly. Of course there always a problem as we were about to close. I had to do my title five and my Leach field field it’s test. Susan was also instrumental and helping me find an engineer to drop off the new plant to work with the town as well as construction companies that were capable of pulling out my old system and putting in a new one as well as working with the fire to make sure that they were comfortable that I would put this back the way it was, and everything would be fine. And in fact, that is exactly how it went and a lot of it had to do with Susan‘s relationship with the seller as well as the buyer. Five stars for Susan if we ever are back on the Cape, she’s the first person will call. Merry Christmas.
