We are so glad we had Tori in our corner while selling our house. She has a lifetime of experience in the Cape Cod market, and she came up with a smart pricing strategy that paid off for us. She was incredibly responsive the whole time, never once leaving us hanging or unsure what was going on. After we put the house on the market, we discovered some extra complications due to issues with old permits on the house, as well as some repairs that had to be coordinated. These are stressful things to deal with and Tori was immensely helpful in helping us coordinate contractors and inspectors to get these issues resolved. We ended up with multiple offers, and Tori was cool as a cucumber, always knowing exactly what tactic to employ in our negotiations in order to make the most of the situation. We are very satisfied with the result. Tori is a seasoned expert in real estate. We'd definitely use her again.

We were traveling from Nantucket and Thiago was very efficient in making the most of our time off island viewing properties. He often seemed to know more about the property than the sellers agent. We would receive email updates about new properties coming on the market that met our criteria, price changes, etc. After we signed the P&S, Thiago stayed on top of all the details, making sure everything was done for a smooth closing. He also went above and beyond helping us establish relationships with insurance agents, home watch services, interior design people and help with media. I would highly recommend Thiago if you are looking to buy or sell on the Cape.
