Mélanie’s professionalism is without question - always prompt to return calls and answer questions, and she has a sharp eye to notice problems in a property that need to be addressed or avoided. She always came to appointments with detailed printouts and photos of the properties for me to keep and would provide me with more information if I asked. She is understanding and patient. When I became overwhelmed by all that is entailed between the offering and the closing of a home, I always felt that Mélanie was looking out for me - above and beyond what I would have expected. There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.
