There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. We came across Paula through sheer luck. She was the first realtor to respond to our property inquiry and we are so happy to have met and to have had the opportunity to work with her! She has incredible knowledge of the market we were looking into on the Cape but that familiarity seemed to cover everywhere on Cape Cod.
