Cindy Houlihan is the best realtor for on the Cape and the surrounding area. She helped us find our dream home which had 12 offers on it! After much back and forth and with her guidance, we secured the sale and could not be happier. Her advice was crucial to our winning the bid. Her advice and help goes beyond the buying process. She has recommended wonderful people and companies such as a plumber, an electrician, fence company, landscaper and our lender as well. She also has recommended restaurants, walking trails, beaches, etc... We are new to the area so her recommendations are crucial as she has lived in the area for so long. Buying from out of state was not easy. Cindy honed in on our wants and needs. She kept her ear to the ground for us and found us a home which we ended up making an offer on “sight unseen”. Cindy knew it was the house for us, and once our offer had been accepted, and we flew up to see it for an inspection, we confirmed it was!
