Always responsive, all business, extremely professional, she knows how to represent her client, and she is a great negotiator. This is the third time we have used Tori, she consistently delivers, we would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I have been looking for a little larger home in West Barnstable for some time. We went to an open house in West Barnstable as ur-represented buyers, where we met Kim Hanlon. Kim was representing the sellers of the home. Kim was open and direct about the home being offered. We initially passed on the home but received a call from Kim a few weeks later, letting us know the sellers made some improvements and we saw it a second time, made an offer and was accepted. Thanks to her persistence, we are in our dream home. We asked Kim to represented us in selling our current home in West Barnstable, it was under agreement in 10 days, over the asking price. Kim is a hustler, she knows the market, her marketing efforts were top notch. Kim is an A+ agent and we would recommend contacting Kim Hanlon.

Cindy's breadth of knowledge in the regional real estate market and depth of networking within the industry is only two of the reasons we were able to find a qualified buyer in a very difficult market. Her confidence and light personal touch worked brilliantly with managing our ups and downs of selling a house. Today, as we reflect on this experience, we realize how fortunate we are to making the decision to ask her to help us sell the house. I know she will continue creating positive experiences with new clients and friends demonstrating her command of working in the competitive Cape Cod residential real estate market.

From the very first conversation with Kate Conway, I knew she was the right person to list and sell my house. Her approach was professional, strategic, and incredibly effective—exactly what you’d expect from one of the top-rated agents in the Barnstable area. Kate’s plan for listing the home was outstanding. She brought in a professional photographer, suggested virtual staging, and delivered a market analysis that was spot-on. Her presentation of the house was top-tier, and her marketing strategy ensured we reached the broadest pool of serious buyers. She guided us every step of the way—from recommending repairs that would add value to advising us on pricing and timing. Her insights on market activity and her negotiation skills were invaluable. Every recommendation she made, from listing to closing, was thoughtful and effective. Kate was fully engaged from the moment we accepted an offer to the day we closed. She kept the process moving, handled every detail with care, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. On top of it all, her commission agreement was extremely fair, and she did an excellent job negotiating with the buyer’s agent. It’s rare to meet someone who truly operates at the top of their field—but that’s exactly the impression Kate gave me from day one and she delivered on it. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
