Fantastic experience

We are so glad we had Tori in our corner while selling our house. She has a lifetime of experience in the Cape Cod market, and she came up with a smart pricing strategy that paid off for us. She was incredibly responsive the whole time, never once leaving us hanging or unsure what was going on. After we put the house on the market, we discovered some extra complications due to issues with old permits on the house, as well as some repairs that had to be coordinated. These are stressful things to deal with and Tori was immensely helpful in helping us coordinate contractors and inspectors to get these issues resolved. We ended up with multiple offers, and Tori was cool as a cucumber, always knowing exactly what tactic to employ in our negotiations in order to make the most of the situation. We are very satisfied with the result. Tori is a seasoned expert in real estate. We'd definitely use her again.

After living in our home at 20 Anchor Drive in Forestdale for 36 years, selling it felt overwhelming. Fun to work with and very professional and a great negotiator.

Tori represented us in buying our house. She is fun to work with. She is a great negotiator, even for the small things. We always felt it was up to us as to how to proceed. She has a great list of local contractors which was extremely helpful and had lots of local knowledge which was great since we were out of town buyers. She is very professional and experienced and knows all the ins and outs. It was a great experience working with her!

Excellent Client Service

Shortly after meeting Tori we were very comfortable with the listing process. Tori is well-versed in market trends, analysis and particularly knowledgeable in the Cape Cod Coastal market. She is very accommodating and immediately likable. She works hard for her clients and colleagues on both sides of a property exchange. She is a diamond in the rough among an industry where professional Realtors seem to be the minority as fly-by-night (real estate) license holders present as agents.
