Jackie made this sale happen, despite so many complications and difficulties with a turning market, rental tenants slow to move out, buyers making incrementally more demands, and a very long time to wait for closing. Jackie helped us price the house competitively, working comps and a market analysis to get it just right - able to sell quickly, while still at a good profit. Jackie got the house showing, and secured a buyer within days! This was quite the feat as we had rental tenants with six months left on the lease, and the buyers agreed to wait. During those six months is where her professionalism, strong communication skills, and management of vendors and other professionals were truly on display. Issues with the dock permitting, issues with minor items from the home inspection, changes of the closing date to accommodate the tenants late move out, and last minute repairs - she stayed above all of it and saw everything through to completion and kept the buyers onboard throughout.
