We were able to get the best deal possible, both with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. There were some unique challenges that presented themselves throughout the process, and Laurie handled everything with her expertise and complete skill set. When we decided to sell our home, we were concerned that it would not present well despite having invested in many home improvements since we first moved in in 2015. It was winter and December after all. Laurie was able to see how beautiful our home really was and to show us that she truly knew the market despite the time of year. We appreciated how well she saw how paint and decluttering made the house standout! She used pictures of my gardens in summer which were my joy to show potential buyers. She was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and always returned my calls promptly. She was very kind to us on the day the movers arrived, it was very late and no one had eaten! We were exhausted! She bought not only food and water for us, but also for the 4 moving workers. We had 4 offers the first weekend which stunned us! But not Laurie, she really knew her business! So thank you again Laurie for all you did, and to help us see what a beautiful home we really had. You truly are special!!

Laurie Miller is a godsend. After my mom passed away I received an advertising card for Laurie. At the time I tucked it away thinking a friend or coworker could suggest a realtor. No suggestions came my way so as time passed I pulled out the card and called Laurie. She responded quickly and was at the house that afternoon. She was able to see the value of the property through twenty years of clutter and three days later produced a completely professional brochure with a market analysis for the house. I was surprised at the asking price she recommended, but her knowledge of the area and the available properties convinced me to sign. Now came the hard work, not for me, for Laurie. Within two weeks, Laurie, with her knowledge of the trades in the area, had the house cleaned, painted, landscaped, and photographed for posting on line. During all this time she would call or email with updates and was always available if I had questions. After the first open house, Laurie called me with an offer and that Monday she drove to my workplace so I could sign the time sensitive papers. From that point on, it was flurry of activity which Laurie coordinated, including inspections, meeting the attorney, and the septic replacement. The closing was bittersweet, but the compassion that Laurie showed throughout the process from a quick hug to making sure my parents things were donated made the whole experience so much easier. I would highly recommend Laurie Miller to anyone looking for a realtor, in fact I have told everyone I know already. Thank you again Laurie for all your hard work!

It was my pleasure working with Laurir Miller, all that we needed was offered to us in every vist or an email. She understood all that we were asking for and needed and she gave us just that. It was never a dull moment with her neither in-person or on the phone she always brings her A-game. Thank you so much for being the dedicated person that you are with a worm hart.

Laurie did an excellent job marketing the property. She went above and beyond. She seemed less present once we had an accepted offer. I think this may be due to the fact that her home is about an hour away. She also wasn’t terribly familiar with the various issues in my town, especially the sewer installation requirements and related events. She did try to educate herself but I think a local realtor may have been better able to answer questions put forth by prospective buyers. I don’t know that it made any difference when it came to the final selling price. Maybe. And maybe the sale would have happened sooner if I were represented by someone who was local. Overall, I was pleased. Laurie is warm and personable. She can do the job.
