We were in need of getting our house on the market, and while the listing price was originally below our expectations, we did get $20k over asking in the end, so that helped soften the blow. Becky is an agent we've used once before, she was also our Buyers agent for the same house just a few years prior. We were very happy with the quick turn around. We had the house listed on a Thursday, and got an over asking offer by that Sunday. So, knowing what the average turn around time was on a split level house on the Cape, that was truly astounding. She helped us navigate through a veritable mountain of documentation and logistics. So we were very happy with the end result. She even helped consult with our Buyers agent via the new home we were purchasing, and even she was left in awe of Becky's prowess as an agent.
