I never expected that the sale.of my house would be so easy and painless! Mary Ann Politi was knowledgeable and very helpful. She had resources for all of the potential issues that arose as I got ready to sell my house. She knew a landscaper who arrived the next day and did a wonderful job cleaning up the outside of my property. She recommended a wonderfully responsible person who took two truckloads of trash to the dump. One of the best things was her warm and reassuring attitude that helped me realize that with her assista, I really could do what needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. In less than two months, I have happily downsized from a four bedroom, three story house into a two bedroom apartment in a senior living center. I could not have managed without Mary Ann's help and thoughtfulness!

We were in need of getting our house on the market, and while the listing price was originally below our expectations, we did get $20k over asking in the end, so that helped soften the blow. Becky is an agent we've used once before, she was also our Buyers agent for the same house just a few years prior. We were very happy with the quick turn around. We had the house listed on a Thursday, and got an over asking offer by that Sunday. So, knowing what the average turn around time was on a split level house on the Cape, that was truly astounding. She helped us navigate through a veritable mountain of documentation and logistics. So we were very happy with the end result. She even helped consult with our Buyers agent via the new home we were purchasing, and even she was left in awe of Becky's prowess as an agent. We hated to leave the Cape, but in the end, family came first, and thanks to Becky, the transitional blow was a much more comfortable experience than it would have been otherwise... so much thanks to Becky for her truly god like powers in Real Estate.

Mary Ann was excellent buyer's agent whom we strongly recommend. She listened carefully to our needs, then helped us see how closely each house we visited fulfilled those needs. She drew our attention to features of each house that could work to our benefit, or would present future challenges. She made sure we were taken care of at every step of a buying process made complex by our geographic distance and the inherent time lags and complications that brought.
