My husband and I have been looking for a little larger home in West Barnstable for some time. We went to an open house in West Barnstable as ur-represented buyers, where we met Kim Hanlon. Kim was representing the sellers of the home. Kim was open and direct about the home being offered. We initially passed on the home but received a call from Kim a few weeks later, letting us know the sellers made some improvements and we saw it a second time, made an offer and was accepted. Thanks to her persistence, we are in our dream home. We asked Kim to represented us in selling our current home in West Barnstable, it was under agreement in 10 days, over the asking price. Kim is a hustler, she knows the market, her marketing efforts were top notch. Kim is an A+ agent and we would recommend contacting Kim Hanlon.

Amy was excellent to work with! We sold our house long distance, so some work that we normally could have done ended up falling to Amy, and she took care of it happily. She worked hard to find us a great buyer and handled lots of random things that popped up throughout the process. Plus she’s an all-around nice person! I highly recommend her!
