She had resources for all of the potential issues that arose as I got ready to sell my house. She knew a landscaper who arrived the next day and did a wonderful job cleaning up the outside of my property. She recommended a wonderfully responsible person who took two truckloads of trash to the dump. One of the best things was her warm and reassuring attitude that helped me realize that with her assista, I really could do what needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. In less than two months, I have happily downsized from a four bedroom, three story house into a two bedroom apartment in a senior living center. I could not have managed without Mary Ann's help and thoughtfulness!
