Mary Ann Politi is one of the best real estate agents ever. She is knowledgeable, she pays attention to details, she communicates well. She had resources for all the contingencies that came up. She knew just who to call to have a minor repair or issue to be taken care of immediately. I felt informed throughout the whole process of selling and most of all, I felt that I was in good hands! I highly recommend Mary Ann and have no reservations about that recommendation at all!

I never expected that the sale.of my house would be so easy and painless! Mary Ann Politi was knowledgeable and very helpful. She had resources for all of the potential issues that arose as I got ready to sell my house. She knew a landscaper who arrived the next day and did a wonderful job cleaning up the outside of my property. She recommended a wonderfully responsible person who took two truckloads of trash to the dump. One of the best things was her warm and reassuring attitude that helped me realize that with her assista, I really could do what needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. In less than two months, I have happily downsized from a four bedroom, three story house into a two bedroom apartment in a senior living center. I could not have managed without Mary Ann's help and thoughtfulness!
