Chris is very well connected with plumbers, electricians and other hard to find services. Contractors answered his calls and made him a priority. He had a full understanding of the market and negotiated a good deal within a few weeks. He was touching up paint on the walls and actually changed the doorknobs himself when the key was removed before the walkthrough.
