After a review of options we decided to go with Coldwell Banker in EG, the team of Steven Miller and Tony Verdi. Our early discussions confirmed that we had a solid, experienced team representing us. We won the bid for a perfect Condominium, even though we had a house sale contingency and were competing against a cash bid offer. We learned later that the sellers agent wasn't concerned about our contingency as we were being represented by Steve and Tony to sell our home. And indeed they did!! With their extensive contacts throughout the New England realtor grapevine, a couple up near Boston, an hour away pre-empted our open house being planned a few days later.
