With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, 25 of them with REMAX, Joe Fitzpatrick is the Broker/Owner of REMAX Results and the Team Leader of the #1 REMAX team in Rhode Island, the Fitzpatrick Team. Highly respected among his peers, Joe is a recipient of the REMAX Lifetime Achievement Award, a member of the REMAX Hall of Fame, and a Diamond Agent Award winner. He has also earned the prestigious Circle of Legends Award, an honor given to less than 1% of REMAX agents worldwide. Under his leadership, the Fitzpatrick Team has earned the Team Pinnacle Award for six consecutive years. Joe plays an active role within the REMAX network, serving in leadership groups that beta test emerging tools and help shape key initiatives including Teams Innovation Group, Trailblazers, Elite Club, and Social Influencers. Outside of real estate, Joe is passionate about soccer, rugby, spending time with family, and community involvement. Alongside the Fitzpatrick Team, he proudly supports countless local teams and sponsors numerous community events throughout the year, while also leading the #cleanitupjoe campaign, an initiative focused on keeping Newport County beautiful and bringing people together through service. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Joe now resides in downtown Newport with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters, Rosie and Alice.

A founding member of FT*, Justine plays a pivotal role in both the team’s day-to-day operations and its long-term growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in the team’s growth from a small group of professionals to one of the top-performing teams in the region. In 2022, FT* closed over $100 million in sales, earning the team the title of #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island. FT* also made history as the first RI team to win the coveted Pinnacle Club Award in 2021. In Sept. 2023, Justine expanded her leadership role by becoming Partner and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Results alongside Joe Fitzpatrick and Tyler Bernadyn. This milestone allows her to leverage her years of industry expertise and passion for building high-performing teams, while providing even greater opportunities and resources for agents and clients. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence are set to elevate RE/MAX Results in Rhode Island’s competitive real estate market. Originally from Longmeadow, MA, Justine’s passion for real estate sparked early, often spending weekends visiting open houses in her neighborhood. She attended Tufts University, majoring in Economics, and played squash and tennis. Justine now lives in Jamestown, RI with her husband (whom she met when he purchased a home from her in 2013) and their beloved dogs. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach, tackling home improvement projects, and walking her dogs around their neighborhood.

Tyler Bernadyn is a licensed real estate broker and partner at REMAX Results. He is a trusted local expert in the Rhode Island and Newport County market. A lifelong Rhode Islander, Tyler lives in Newport with his partner Bethany and their two dogs, Red and Freya.
