With a career established in 1981 in the real estate industry, Michael Saccoccio is a seasoned business professional representing both residential and commercial buyers and sellers. As a “resi-amercial” agent, Michael’s experience spans the full spectrum of real estate transactions, and he has a proven track record managing complex ventures. A skilled strategist and negotiator, Michael is well respected in the community for his diligent work ethic, unwavering integrity, and civic-minded service. He won the State of Rhode Island REALTOR® of the Year award in 2020 and the National Association of REALTORS® Omega Tau Rho award. Michael is affiliated with the East Greenwich office of Coldwell Banker Realty. Licensed in both Rhode Island and Connecticut, Michael serves clients in Providence, Kent, Washington, New London, and Windham counties. He is a Cranston native with multigenerational roots in Rhode Island. Michael is especially familiar with the Greater Providence market and the surrounding areas, and he has the knowledge and experience to advise a diverse range of clients. Michael has earned several industry designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative®, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Rental Agent, and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. Fifteen years ago, Michael also began a niche service to help military veterans with their real estate needs, and he is proud to have worked with over 250 veterans to date. Michael holds a B.S. in Business Management from Bryant College and owned a brokerage for over 10 years, so he is adept at comprehensive real estate packaging, branding, and marketing. He listens to client needs, handles the details, and is always available for questions and concerns. This concierge-level service has garnered Michael many repeat and referral clients who know he delivers a smooth transaction, from start to finish. Michael has held leadership roles in numerous real estate groups, including the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, and was on the board and a past president of the Cranston Chamber of Commerce. He has been a longtime member of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board and will serve as president in 2024. Known as pleasant and easy to talk to, Michael is a man of many interests and hobbies when he’s not busy with real estate. He likes fly fishing, fly tying, skiing, sporting clay shooting, and is a self-avowed grill master. Michael also enjoys traveling and has been to several countries.
