At the initial appointment, Mark was prepared with a variety of comps to arrive at a sales price price. Mark included properties that he didn't feel were comparable and explained why (location, size/rooms, lack of a garage, etc.). His expertise and knowledge of the market made me choose him. Mark was communicative and accessible every step of the process. When there was an issue on the buyer's end, Mark called me, offered his advice and helped me arrive at a decision I was comfortable with.
