Jade was absolutely fantastic, looking out for me the whole way to make sure I didn't throw my money away into a money pit house or bad situation. I had a low budget, looking at fixer-uppers, with a big dream...but I was getting priced out by flippers and buyers who just wanted to list properties for rent. I was feeling discouraged but didn't want to give up on my dream. She was always honest with me and did an amazing job of explaining what things meant and warned me what to watch out for.
