We had to relocate immediately after sales agreement signed. Carol handled this transaction in our absence/long distance at the same time keeping us well informed until closing. She went well above and beyond the norm in her personally keeping eyes on the property, assuring it was kept neat and even navigated the removal of any needed items left behind. Highly recommend Carol to all.
Carol Cooney is an outstanding real estate agent who I highly recommend. She is knowledgeable regarding all aspects of buying and selling homes and provides valuable guidance throughout the process. I had a complex situation that involved selling my condo and relocating out of state in a short timeframe. Carol suggested I focus on the move first. Then Carol put my condo on the market once I moved. She allowed me to leave any items I did not want to take and her team sold and/or disposed of the items. Thank you Carol for making my relocation so easy!
Carol was fantastic! From the minute I signed on, she kept me informed and gave accurate forecasts on what to expect throughout the home selling process. Carol organized the staging, tours, and closing while I was living over 1,000 miles away, and I couldn’t have felt more secure that my best interests were being represented. Carol was informed and experienced, making me confident I was getting the most out of my sale. I highly recommend Carol for any real estate needs.
Carol is a seasoned, professional, knowledgeable real estate agent. She is caring & compassionate. Without her guidance, I would not have been able to call myself a homeowner. She goes above & beyond & leaves no stone unturned. She’s simply the best!
I have purchased multiple houses in the past 20 years, and Carol is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. Her communication, business and personable skills are of the highest quality, and her integrity is beyond reproach. Again, I highly recommend Carol for all your real estate needs.
