I had a list of rules, I didn’t want a For Sale sign, I didn’t want an open house, I didn’t want strangers driving up and down my street. She agreed. She called me on a Monday that she had potential buyers , they were going to do a walk thru, she called me the next morning with an offer. We accepted the offer and closed this past Thursday. Pretty good for getting your house sold before it went on the market. She kept me informed and calmed my nerves especially when the closing took a little longer than we expected.
