I cant say enough about how professional Hayley Nickerson carried herself during the listing and sale of my house. I am a Real Estate Developer so I have worked with many real estate brokers and sales people. Hayley has impressed me with her knowledge of current laws and regulations and now there are more than ever. Private wells, fuel tank regs, water treatment systems, lead paint laws, Title V septic systems, wetland issues and regs (my house is on a wetland, smoke detector inspections, the list goes on. If I had another house to sell I would hire Hayley without hesitation. I think its worth mentioning that she was able to get an additional $45,000.00 over asking price as well!!

Hayley was always available, and took a tremendous amount of pride in helping us to achieve our goal. We just closed on our first home and couldn’t be happier and were thrilled to have Hayley at our side every step of the way!

On a scale of 1-10, Haley is a 15! As a life long Cape Codder, she knows the area. She has prior business experience so understands the importance of market knowledge, communication and professionalism, all of which she practices. Haley always kept me apprised of how things were going, even if it was a quiet time. If something wasn't clear to her, she sought the answer. She was always willing to answer my myriad of questions, and walk me through completing on line documents! She was always in my corner! After the closing she followed up with a lovely congratulatory email!! Would I recommend her unconditionally.....you bet!
