Private wells, fuel tank regs, water treatment systems, lead paint laws, Title V septic systems, wetland issues and regs (my house is on a wetland, smoke detector inspections, the list goes on. Hayley Nickerson is the most amazing real estate agent! My wife and I were looking to buy a cape house during the pandemic and Hayley went above and beyond our imagination. Living far from the Cape, Hayley drove all around the Cape and FaceTimed us from various houses and gave us to opportunity to explore and search the cape remotely. When we found houses we liked, she prepared comparable properties and helped us get a feel for the market and the towns we were searching.
