We came across Paula through sheer luck. She was the first realtor to respond to our property inquiry and we are so happy to have met and to have had the opportunity to work with her! She has incredible knowledge of the market we were looking into on the Cape but that familiarity seemed to cover everywhere on Cape Cod. She is one of the nicest and easiest people to work with and she was unbelievably responsive to all of our questions - and we had many! She put us in touch with others in the area to talk about things like beach erosion and permitting processes and even after our closing was still in touch with recommendations for other services like painting, potential property rental, construction services, etc.. We really could not have been any happier with our choice to work with Paula and Beach Realty. She was there every step of the way to help us through this complicated and sometimes challenging process of finding a home on Cape Cod and we would highly recommend Paula!
