A Wonderful Experience Looking for a New Home Mélanie Cauchon is really the best - as a person and a real estate agent. She knows every inch of the area where I wanted to find a home and really understood and focused on what I was looking for. Her knowledge of legal and financial issues concerning the purchase of property was eye-opener and invaluable to me. Mélanie’s professionalism is without question - always prompt to return calls and answer questions, and she has a sharp eye to notice problems in a property that need to be addressed or avoided. She always came to appointments with detailed printouts and photos of the properties for me to keep and would provide me with more information if I asked. She is understanding and patient. When I became overwhelmed by all that is entailed between the offering and the closing of a home, I always felt that Mélanie was looking out for me - above and beyond what I would have expected. There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.

First time selling a home and was very overwhelmed with the process. Cindy helped us every step of the way! I was also selling from 2 hours away and Cindy helped with putting all the pieces in place from giving specific line items to take care of, to getting the smoke certification and Title V, to just being the calming voice of reason and experience that we needed. When I inquired about a home that was on the market Krista got back to me immediately, she was never pushy just asked if I wanted to see a house to let her know. She sent me many homes with the description I was looking and left it at that. When I looked at a house she sent me I wasn’t crazy about it but had seen something that morning that just came on the market, I showed it to her and she got on the phone immediately and got me in to look at it before they showed it and I bought it. If not for Kristas quick action I don’t think I would have the house.
