Having worked closely with Tori Harrison for several years in my professional life, when it came to sell our home and recruit the services of a realtor the choice was a no brainer. The professionalism and dedication that Tori had shown to me over the years came shining through once again as she navigated my wife and I through the difficult task of selling a home. Right from the start Tori took the helm and worked fastidiously to make our selling experience a pleasant one. When some difficulties and bumps arose, Tori was always there with the right answer and the ability to keep things moving along. Tori is the top realtor in Sandwich. She holds that position because of the care and commitment she shows to her customers. Without hesitation, I would give Tori Harrison the highest recommendation as a professional realtor.

A Wonderful Experience Looking for a New Home Mélanie Cauchon is really the best - as a person and a real estate agent. She knows every inch of the area where I wanted to find a home and really understood and focused on what I was looking for. Her knowledge of legal and financial issues concerning the purchase of property was eye-opener and invaluable to me. Mélanie’s professionalism is without question - always prompt to return calls and answer questions, and she has a sharp eye to notice problems in a property that need to be addressed or avoided. She always came to appointments with detailed printouts and photos of the properties for me to keep and would provide me with more information if I asked. She is understanding and patient. When I became overwhelmed by all that is entailed between the offering and the closing of a home, I always felt that Mélanie was looking out for me - above and beyond what I would have expected. My trust in her is 100%. I often told her that if 5 stars is considered top rating, she deserves far more than that. If I must move again, I will return to Mélanie Cauchon. Posted by Elizabeth W. There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.

When I inquired about a home that was on the market Krista got back to me immediately, she was never pushy just asked if I wanted to see a house to let her know. She sent me many homes with the description I was looking and left it at that. When I looked at a house she sent me I wasn’t crazy about it but had seen something that morning that just came on the market, I showed it to her and she got on the phone immediately and got me in to look at it before they showed it and I bought it. If not for Kristas quick action I don’t think I would have the house.
