Tori was so knowledgeable about the condo market both in Sandwich and the Cape in general. Offered great advice on pricing, staging, generating interest. Was really helpful in advising on accepting offers and the whole legal process leading up to closing.

He also went above and beyond helping us establish relationships with insurance agents, home watch services, interior design people and help with media.
