Tori was so knowledgeable about the condo market both in Sandwich and the Cape in general. Offered great advice on pricing, staging, generating interest. Was really helpful in advising on accepting offers and the whole legal process leading up to closing.

Had a list of resources and recommendations for competent cleaners, electricians, and the like; all of whom quickly and professionally attended to tasks.
