Kate Conway is incredible at what she does. She helped us sell our 480 sq ft house in the Plymouth area. Our less than desirable square footage was definitely working against us.. but her persistent work ethic and knowledge of the market had us sold in just two months. She is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met and does not give up. She adapted to every hurdle that was thrown our way. Kate helped us through every step and then some. She was amazing at communicating exactly what was going on and what we needed to do and was there to guide us. This took a major stress off the buying and selling process because there were never surprises. She was on top of everything!! She also did most of the communicating with lawyers and other professionals such as pest control, contractors, title 5 inspectors, & town employees which took major stress off of us. In addition to helping sell our house she helped us find our dream home which we did not expect. We simply wanted more space to start a family but with her resourcefulness we found a gorgeous antique duplex. If it wasn’t for Kate’s dedication and research we would never have known about this property because it was being advertised as two separate condos. We got our dream home plus an investment property!! We are more than happy with Kate’s work and will be using her in the future as well as recommending her to others.
