We came across Paula through sheer luck. She was the first realtor to respond to our property inquiry and we are so happy to have met and to have had the opportunity to work with her! She has incredible knowledge of the market we were looking into on the Cape but that familiarity seemed to cover everywhere on Cape Cod. She is one of the nicest and easiest people to work with and she was unbelievably responsive to all of our questions - and we had many! She put us in touch with others in the area to talk about things like beach erosion and permitting processes and even after our closing was still in touch with recommendations for other services like painting, potential property rental, construction services, etc.. We really could not have been any happier with our choice to work with Paula and Beach Realty. Jamie is very familiar with the local area and is so easy to work with. He has always kept an eye out for what I was looking for and many times contacted me when he found something he thought I’d like. It’s nice to know that he is constantly aware of the housing market. This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion.
