HIS COMMUNICATION SKILL KEPT ME IN THE LOOP ON EVERYTHING GOING ON. THIS WAS IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE I LIVE IN THE CHICAGO AREA. KEVIN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MANY AREAS THAT I DIDN'T EVEN THINK OF SUCH AS INPECTIONS AND LAND ISSUES THAT ARE RELAVENT TO THE PROPERTY. THERE WERE EVEN QUESTIONS OUTSIDE THE RELM OF REAL ESTATE THAT HE HELPED ME GET THE ANSWERS TOI. OVER ALL I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY DEALINGS WITH KEVEN.
