I’m active duty and did this sale in the middle of a transfer. Kevin made excellent recommendations for small improvements, helped me find reliable contractors and helped manage all the little issues that pop up when I couldn’t be present. I trust him to give me the his honest opinion, with sound advice backed by experience and logic. As with any home sale done while 1000 miles away, there were challenges.
