Kevin - was/is my broker to navigate downsizing at 70 yrs old. He took the time to educate me on the condominium association marketplace and guided me through the various steps, and at times, emotions. Kevin keeps his word and is a dear friend.

I’m active duty and did this sale in the middle of a transfer. Kevin made excellent recommendations for small improvements, helped me find reliable contractors and helped manage all the little issues that pop up when I couldn’t be present. I trust him to give me the his honest opinion, with sound advice backed by experience and logic. As with any home sale done while 1000 miles away, there were challenges. Kevin was always there, answering questions and helping in any way I needed. Simply put, an exceptional person and a first class realtor.

Kevin Cosgrove is the best Realtor I have ever worked with and it’s not even close. The housing market being as tough as it is finding a house was a huge task but Kevin actually made it fun. His knowledge of the market, local codes, and building practices made me feel like I actually knew what I was buying. He didn’t try to talk about paint color or landscaping; we talked about boiler ages and resale potential. I’m not in a rush to buy another house but if I did I wouldn’t dread it if Kevin was my realtor.
