I knew Nike from a mutual friend and when I started to look for my first home to own, it made all the sense to work with her. I can say my experience was great - she was patient and not pushy and really just wanted you to find the right home for yourself, which is good in a sea of realtors who only cared about making money! Fast forward to today, I still own the condo and we’re still good friends. I would definitely recommend Nike for rentals, which she also has a lot of experience with, and buying a home, or whatever your situation is.

When we started off the process by ourselves,we almost gave up until we found Nike and She helped us through each and every step,we would call her late in the night or too early in the morning and she was there to help and answer all our queries .She was always ahead of everything.She helped follow up with the bank process and the attorneys,all we had to do is sign documents.She also had a solution to all other issues.She is so kind and so dedicated to her job .All this while she was pregnant!and after having her baby she came right back to the process. We love her so much and appreciate her. Everyone needs a Nike as an agent!

I wanted to share my experience using Nike as my realtor. I could not say better things about the seamless experience she created for me and my husband. Nike took my husband and I to a few properties. She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. Once she understood she began making recommendations. We went to a few more houses and then we found the dream house. Nike could tell instantly that this house checked all the boxes. We were the first ones into the house prior to the weekend showings. Nike, wasted no time and after chatting through next steps she recommended making an offer that was strong enough to have the open house cancelled. Nike contacted the seller agent and by the next day, the sellers accepted our offer. We were thrilled, but needed to move quickly to have our condo rented. Within 24 hours she had the condo listed and within 48 hours she found us a tenant. Nike works so quickly! She is a fantastic communicator and made the home buying and renting process so easy! I would highly recommend Nike!
