Fix Team Excellent!
The Fix Team was very helpful in our early process on getting us started. Showing us how to show our home from the inside. Fix Team had the house photos taken by a professional photographer. We decided on our starting asking price and with there professional experience of our location we settled/sold our home close to that original asking price. Fix team was always there for us, supportive, always answering our questions at anytime. Fix Team very helpful on any Legal questions we had as well. Very knowledgeable on our closing experience. Helped keeping our stress level low. We were thankful having chosen the Fix Team. Fix Team was above and beyond what we expected! A very caring relator! Highly recommending the Fix Team for any phase of real estate planning.

Sale of Home in Berkeley Hall
Duke and Linda Delcher recently sold our home in Berkeley Hall. They were very good at marketing the home with top notch advertising and photography for the property. Their support staff at Charter One Realty was also very professional. When issues arose during the negotiations and closing, they were quick to respond. On the negative side, this is the first time, with the number of houses we have sold in various states, that the listing agent was not involved personally showing the house. I feel that the positive features of a home can only be high-lighted best by one that really knows the home, not an agent seeing it for the first time. I also feel that the listing agent should be present for the inspection. This again was the case in all our previous transactions. This could be the way things are now with a manic real estate market, but we didn't like that part at all. (Duke and Linda, if you want to use our review, feel free to leave the negative part out. It was just a little venting and a critic of the market, at least at Berkeley Hall). All the best. Lance and Sharon
