We found Robert from a Google search. We wanted a Bluffton-based local broker rather than a nationwide brokerage chain, and his online reviews were very good. Robert responded immediately after we reached out and we set time for a call. I experienced a lot of setbacks trying to get my house ready to list including a four inch snowfall that collapsed the screens on my lanai, a squirrel chewing through a pipe in my attic causing a flood in the walls of the master bedroom, and the death of my daughter. Rick was extremely helpful getting me through all of this. Great advice and a list of very competent people to help with things like junk removal, cleaning services and many other things. When the house was finally listed the whole process went smoothly and we ended with a very satisfactory result. He’s the one to call!

Jenny did a great job when the inspection report came back with a large amount of little projects I had in my mind I would just take care of those , she was able to get the seller to fix 80% of the issues
