Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for.
