Jereta was committed and informative right from the beginning. I introduced myself with a phone call, since she was referred by a friend, and from the phone call I knew she would be the best support for my home-buying experience. She had the energy and knowledge required to guide a first-time homebuyer. I really enjoyed working with her because when I had many questions, she would provide an answer or go looking for one if she did not know. She made herself available at anytime and any day. In addition to that, she knew when to get down to business to schedule a showing or when to relax and enjoy the stressful process. She would always make sure to follow up in a timely manner to get tasks completed. Jereta went out of her way to ensure I got the best deal/negotiation for my new home. Overall, a great experience!
