Kristina made our first home buying experience feel so easy. She communicated everything very clearly upfront. She answered every single question throughout the whole process in a timely manner. She was also prepared with information that we would need in looking for lenders, home inspection companies, etc. The information she provided via email was always clear and relevant. Kristina made sure that we had all the information we needed to make descions, however, she never pushed us to do things in a different direction--she always made sure that we knew that all descions were ours to make. We are so glad that we were able to work with Kristina--she made home buying as easy as possible!

We both wish we could give Kristina 15/10 stars. She is a phenomenal realtor, and we genuinely could not recommend her more strongly. She made the sale of our house as smooth and painless as could have been possible. She knows the market well and does her research. She backed every recommendation she gave us - from initial pricing to final negotiations - with data and numbers, as well as her read on the market. She was both kind and personable, while also professional at all times. She was timely with her responses and communicated to us very clearly along the way so we never had to guess what was going on. She is smart and forward-thinking, and she took care of many details along the way that weren't even on our radar. We could go on and on, but suffice to say, there is no question who we would recommend to friends, family, and anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We sold our house through Kristy and she did excellent job from initial discussion , listing to closing the house . Found exact buyer needed for our house. Highly responsible , proactive and guides you through the end of the process . Seamless to work with we highly recommend Kristy. Thanks again Kristy..

We had an excellent experience working with Kristy to sell our townhome in Tega Cay. From the very beginning, she was professional, proactive, and extremely knowledgeable about the local market. Our home was listed before Christmas, and thanks to her guidance and strategy, we received our first and final offer by mid-Jan, which made the process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to help us prepare the home for sale, including hands-on assistance with redoing the kitchen backsplash and physically staging the property to showcase it at its best. Her attention to detail truly made a difference. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. She provided timely updates, was always punctual, and never hesitated to share valuable tips and advice. We genuinely felt supported every step of the way and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is dedicated, reliable, and truly cares about her clients’ success.

Highly recommend Kristy as a realtor. When first moving to the area she drove us around all over the place. Gave us details about each neighborhood, the towns, and schools. She then did FaceTime walk throughs for weeks on end until we found our first home. A few years later when moving again it was a no brainer to call Kristy again!
