Tracy has represented us in one sale and two purchases. When we reached out this time with a possible rental property to buy in our neighborhood, Tracy jumped in. With just an email address and little else, he helped us contact the agent, negotiate the deal and purchase before the open house. It was our house before others got a chance to see it. I can't imagine buying another house without Tracy at our side.

I was having trouble w my condo being vandalized and this amazing guy, Tracy showed up and said he would take care of everything! And he did! Thanks Tracy for taking care of all details, going above and beyond, and selling it within a few weeks! Now that’s AMAZING! And you are so NICE!
