As an investor you need multiple members on your team to be successful. And like most teams yours will consist of starters and backup players. Saige Realty is definitely a starter. I told Saige what type of properties I was looking for and he put me in his system which emailed me these types of properties on a regular basis. Once I told him of a property that interested me, he got back to me in less than 24 hrs with all the additional info I requested. Randy is an amazing realtor. He helped us 9 years ago buy the house he just helped us sell. He also helped our youngest son buy his 1st house 2 months ago. Don’t think hurry up and use him. Randy is the best agent you can ever find very knowledgeable. Make sure everything’s done on time always communicate always make sure everything is in the best interest of his client.
