As an investor you need multiple members on your team to be successful. And like most teams yours will consist of starters and backup players. Saige Realty is definitely a starter. I told Saige what type of properties I was looking for and he put me in his system which emailed me these types of properties on a regular basis. Once I told him of a property that interested me, he got back to me in less than 24 hrs with all the additional info I requested. He put me in contact w/ a Mortgage broker and other professionals that made the process run smoothly. I closed on the property on 2/19/26. I can't wait to do another deal w/ Saige Realty.

Don’t think hurry up and use him. Randy is the best agent you can ever find very knowledgeable. Make sure everything’s done on time always communicate always make sure everything is in the best interest of his client. I’ve had multiple closings with him and everything has been perfect and fashion. I don’t think it’s a better agent in the area in my opinion.
