Not only that, but as we worked with Kim, she was willing to sit down and talk us through every line of every document that we received, even lengthy builder contracts, that we would have not know anything about if Kim hadn’t talked us through it. At every turn, Kim found ways to negotiate and have constant communication with the seller, attorneys, inspectors, loan originators. It didn’t matter who it was that we needed contact, she was always willing and even on it before we could even ask her. As first time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t know the fullness of what we were getting into, but she constantly made sure we were confident in our choices and that we were fully informed.
