As first time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t know the fullness of what we were getting into, but she constantly made sure we were confident in our choices and that we were fully informed. I chose Kim because we knew each other somewhat, and I was in a vulnerable situation, separating from my husband and I needed a Realtor who would be empathetic and confidential. Kim was way more than that. She was extremely professional. She knew what I was looking for and understood my non-negotiables.
