Our experience with Saige could not have been better! From the very beginning he was very quick to respond, super flexible with our schedule, and was on top of everything we asked. Saige did an amazing job negotiating a deal on our home and did so professionally. Any questions that I had he either already had the answer, or was able to get it figured out within the same day or even the same hour every time. At any given time he was just a call or text away and if I needed to get any information he was able to get it. He even went out of his way to check on utility information for me that was not available on the original listing for the home we purchased. Brody was great! We moved to the area from out of state and he is very knowledgeable on all the Charlotte areas and suburbs. He showed us many houses at every stage of our home buying process. Other realtors don’t want to show you houses until you’re ready to put an offer in and Brody was the opposite. He showed us places when we were in the early talks of moving so that we could get a good idea of what area we were interested in. He was quick with updating our search criteria.
