We had an amazing and seamless experience! She was very professional, knowledgeable and had clear communication with us throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers we were a little nervous coming into the process, but she ensured we knew and understood everything that was going on. She kept our best interest at heart and helped us find our forever home. Debbie has helped my friend, my mom and now my husband and I to purchase a home and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

We had a difficult buyer that tried to nickel and dime everything and even tried scare tactics to get us to cave which would have costed us thousands of dollars. I was told to hold strong with my offer and that advice paid off as we landed on the exact amount I needed for my house. 10/10 would trust and recommend!
Our agent was instrumental in offering her suggestions for preparing our home for pictures and open house and viewing. She guided us through the open house process and facilitated communications with the future owner and eventually the inspection process with which items we should address and which were less important. Although the buyers were nit-picking at items throughout the rest of the process, her professional team guided us right up until the signing when the buyers were still making requests. We inherited my parents' home after their passing. We used another realtor who priced the home way to high for the market & we barely had any traffic for months. My son-in-law had used Josh & recommended him to me. Josh was the go-getter we needed.
