Once we found our property of interest, we felt like Rob did a thorough review of all the ins/outs of the unit - he talked to other residents, researched the health of the HOA, was present for all inspections and really worked to make sure it was a good purchase. After the sale, he went beyond the call of duty, meeting painters and contractors, going over the operation of mechanicals and familiarizing our son with the building nuances, then checking in that all was ok. Working with Rob was truly a pleasure and we'd use him again in a heartbeat!
