Eventually we found a place we liked during some open houses and Robin came out to look at it and another that day. One of those houses we put in an offer for. The offer process was smooth and easy with Robin working with us late at night to get it prepared. We had heard NC has few laws to protect consumers so we really went deep in our inspection process and Robin fully supported us even when we wanted to see other homes to ensure we were going to be comfortable. Robin went above and beyond for us, being very timely, open to communication, providing the right input without being pushy, providing deep professional knowledge, and generally being great.
