We had a truly unique and inspiring experience with Alla. Initially, we were just looking for another rental, but she encouraged us to consider buying our first home — something we weren’t sure was even possible. Thanks to her guidance, we took the leap, and we’re so grateful we did. Alla was with us every step of the way. The process was clear, fast, and incredibly well-organized. Even when we felt overwhelmed — halfway through or near the finish line — she never let us give up. Her experience, calmness, and confidence gave us the strength to keep going. In the end, we purchased a spacious home in a good location, and at a really great price. It honestly felt like a series of small miracles — with the right people appearing at the right time — and Alla was a steady, trustworthy guide throughout the entire journey. We can’t thank her enough for helping make what once seemed impossible a reality.
