Lane and Tracy did a great job of marketing brochure and being realistic as to the current market. If the first buyer had not bailed, the sale would have been above expectations. The changing market, saw a lower sales price. that said, Lane and Tracy did a great job of negotiating a higher price than offered. Highly recommend them. Did a grat job of helping us prep the house for sale.

Working with Naren was a great experience. He was always there to resolve my doubts and kept a very balanced perspective on all our choices, which I really valued. I never felt rushed into a decision, and he always gave me a heads-up well in advance of important deadlines.
