New to Charlotte, I was really nervous about finding a realtor we could trust to help us make the right decision when buying our first home. Kara was referred to us by one of our colleagues who couldn’t say enough positive things about her and I’m so glad we took the leap! Kara has been an incredible guide throughout this process. She lets us form our own opinions first but doesn’t hesitate give us the wholehearted truth of what she sees from an expert’s perspective. I really appreciated she never pushed us or pressured us to make a decision. It always felt like she genuinely cared about the happiness of her clients. We had a lot of questions, a smaller budget compared to other homes she has sold, and some personal circumstances that made the process a little tougher, and yet we never felt like we were treated differently. I also want to add that that goes for us being an LGBTQ+ couple too — Kara had no hesitations and invited us to client events with other families. If you are a first time homebuyer, Kara will make you feel confident and heard so take the leap and choose her to be by your side!
